NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001678-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHARLENE CASTRO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit H704, PLAZA DE LAS FUENTES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 5852, Page 1634, and as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5876, Page 2765, all of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
