NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000299-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and TERESA URBIETA A/K/A TERESA A. URBIETA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the18 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block C, RI-MAR RIDGE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book W, Page 27, or the public records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
