NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-010400 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL INC.is the Plaintiff and othniel brown, stoneybrook west master association, inc., shantiel brown a/k/a shantiel d brown and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 275, block 13, of stoneybrook west, unit 6, according to the lat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, in and for orange county, florida, as recorded in plat book 54, page 116.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
