NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-024456 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, lp fka countrywide home loans servicing lp is the Plaintiff and jorge e. lopez, bank of america, n.a., cypress fairway condominium association, inc., nb handy company, a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state of florida, unknown spouse of jorge e. lopez and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 204, building 2, cypress fairway condominium, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof, recorded in official records book 7837, page 530, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
