NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2009, entered in Case No. . 51-2007-CA-14351-33of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGATE INVESTORS TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and BARBARA BREBNER, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 07 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 133, LA VINA PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 66 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
