NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005238, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. SABADELL UNITED BANK, N.A. AS ASSIGNEE OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK, PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN PURCHASE AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 19, 2011, WITH LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK ALSO BEING KNOWN OF RECORD AS VIRTUALBANK, A DIVISION OF LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK, is Plaintiff and ROBERT J. SILER; SOUTHEAST FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, LONG POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 38 AND 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
