Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 522010CA005763XXCICI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff, and HALEY R. POLING A/K/A HALEY POLING, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, REVISION OF VINSETTA PARK ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of August, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
