Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 006941, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-R6, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R6 is the Plaintiff, and KATHRYN M. MCVEY, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 12169 AT PAGE 1798 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 8, NATOWICH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE MOBILE HOME SITUATED THEREON WHICH IS AFFIXED TO THE AFOREMENTIONED REAL PROPERTY AND INCORPORATED THEREON.
