Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-007836, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and IVANKA HADJISKI A/K/A IVANKA HADISKI, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, Block 12 of Sirmons Estates, According to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 38, page 30 and 31, of the public records of the Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of August, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
