That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 20-A, and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM II, A PHASE 4, as recorded in O.R. Book 4848, page 770 through 819, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, pages 7 through 12, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2481 Oakleaf Lane, #A, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 24, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
