NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH, a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress in common with others over the drainage and utility easement, also known as Abbey Court and Abbey Crescent Lane, as noted upon the plat of said Harvard Arms Townhouses recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.. With the following street address: 1200 Abbey Crescent Lane, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 24, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
