NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001940, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, Fifth Third Bank successor in interest to Home Equity of America, Inc. is Plaintiff and JASON MARKE A/K/A JASON G MARKE; UNKNOWN TENANT OCCUPANT; BAYWAY ISLES-POINT BRITTANY FOUR CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION; FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF JASON MARKE A/K/A JASON G. MARKE et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
