NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that, pursuant to that Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property listed in attached Exhibit “A”, which is situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to the highest bidder, for cash, on September 25, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. EST, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45.031, Florida Statutes.
EXHIBIT “A”
Exhibit A to Mortgage by and between Mortgagor, and First Union National Bank, securing that certain Promissory Note of even date herewith executed by Mortgagor in the amount of $200,000.00.
Being all of that certain property located at 10201 66th Street N, Pinellas Park, Florida 34666 and being more particularly described as follows:
The South 150 feet of the West 150 feet of Farm 57 in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, according to the map or plat of PINELLAS FARMS, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 4, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of said property taken for the right-of-way of 66th Street North as described in the Order of Taking dated July 6, 1967 and recorded in Official Records Book 2633, page 282, and the Final Judgment in condemnation dated February 2, 1968 and recorded in Official Records Book 2768, page 560, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and also LESS AND EXCEPT the right-of-way of 102nd Avenue North.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
