NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment for Reinstatement of Mortgage and Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for, cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
EXHIBIT “A”
Unit N-101, REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, pages 1 through 17, and Condominium Plat Book 132, pages 80 through 96 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13243, page 420 et seq., and the amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 13265, page 850, et seq., and O.R. Book 13678, page 838, et seq., all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
