NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CI-004081 (15) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and AMINE ZIDOUHIA, ADIL ZIDOUHIA, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MASON ZIDOUHIA, COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 2713, BUILDING 27, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED SEPTEMBER 17, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1502, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
