NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08014509CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and SUDA L. YANTISS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT COMPOSED OF UNIT 62, AND THE UNDIVIDED 1.44629% INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, LIMITATIONS, CONDITIONS, LIENS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EAST LAKE WOODLANDS WOODLAKE RUN CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5925, PAGE 942 THROUGH 1018, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SET FORTH IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82 PAGES 69 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, AND AS RECORDED AMONG THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
