NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15th , 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-2955 CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated April 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, is Plaintiff and Robert Stephens, Marianna Stephens, and Litton Loan Servicing, LP, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of August 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
