NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2006-CA-001079-CI-11 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION was the Plaintiff and CHARLES G. WILLIS A/K/A CHARLES G. WILLIS, JR., ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13 AND THE WEST 21 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 77, TYRONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
