GIBBS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; BAY OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 222, OF BAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 41 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 110, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5306, PAGE 5 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
