NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-003786-CO-041 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Condominium Homeowners Association of East Bay, Inc. is Plaintiff, and JAMES J. MULLAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES J. MULLAN; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC. and THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 4, Building 1, of EAST BAY COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat book 21, Pages 18 and 19 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4280, Page 651 and amended together with an undivided interset or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4 Country Club Drive Largo, FL 33771.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
