NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No.11-002655-CI, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE RESIDENCES AT SANDPEARL RESORTOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and RONALD J. PARISHY and MARLENE M. PARISHY, PNC BANK, NA, as successor in interest to National City Bank, N.A. are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 24, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 506, THE RESIDENCES AT SANDPEARL RESORT, A Condominium, PHASE 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15839, Page 300, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book, 149, Page 82, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
