Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-9858-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 1507, BUILDING (PHASE) 15, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANCES AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, A PHASE, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6000, PAGE 1782 AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 63, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASES 15, 16 & 17 BY AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6532, PAGE 434 AND TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 59 THROUGH 67 AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on August 24, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
