NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 17, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-006740 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Marlies Fischer is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 30th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO.252, BOCA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE OF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 100 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4979, PAGE 1380, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AS MAY BE AMENDED.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
