TO: MUHAMED PONJEVIC and ZEJFA PONJEVIC, whose current residence is 1433 South Belcher Road, E-1, Clearwater, Florida 33764:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 1, Building E, IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III, a Condominium, and an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, pages 7 through 9, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 2885, Page 288, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 27 day of August, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
