BOOK 5086, PAGE 615, ET. SEQ., AND ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
