NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011CA-002191 WS/G of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 21, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., in an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
The North 431.92 feet, more or less, of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, lying West of State Road 55 (U.S. Highway 19), LESS road right-of-way, being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 29,run thence North 0 deg 17 min 43 sec East, 231.92 feet along the centerline of Old Post Road; thence South 89 deg 56 min 04 sec East, 25.00 feet to the East right-of-way of Old Post Road and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 89 deg 56 min 04 sec East, 386.60 feet to the West right-of-way of State Road 55 (U.S. Highway19); thence North 34 deg 43 min 01 sec East, 494.76 feet along said West right-of-way of State Road 55 (U.S. Highway 19) to the South right-of-way of Hope Landing Road; then North 89 deg 56 min 29 sec West, 666.29 feet along said right-of-way of Hope Landing Road to the East right-of-way of Old Post Road; thence South 0 deg 17 min 43 sec West, 406.92 feet along the East right-of-way of Old Post Road to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being further described as follows:
Commence at the aforementioned POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00 deg 17 min 43 sec East, a distance of 406.92 feet; thence South 89 deg 56 min 29 sec East, a distance of 666.29 feet; thence South 34 deg 43 min 01 sec West, 494.76 feet; thence North 89 deg 56 min 04 sec West, a distance of 386.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
