NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004967WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOHN G. MCLEAN, ANDREA L. MCLEAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, CONNER'S SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
