NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-010208WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and MIKHAIL S. SYSA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; IRENA P. SYSA A/K/A IRENE SYSA; JOHN DOE N/K/A GUY FERDICO; JANE DOE N/K/A ANDREA BURKE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 112, HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
