NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009613ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER A. PALLANTE A/K/A CHRIS PALLANTE; CONNERTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TARA L. PALLANTE A/K/A TARA PALLANTE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5, CONNERTON VILLAGE PARCEL 101 AND 102, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 115 THROUGH 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
