NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2012, and entered in 51-2009-CA-005281WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and SUSAN M. VERSLEY A/K/A SUSAN M. GRECO; MARC P. VERSLEY A/K/A MARK VERSLEY A/K/A MARC VERSLEY; LAKESIDE WOODLANDS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 205, LAKESIDE WOODLANDS SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 48 AND 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
