NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, and entered in 2010-CA-000517 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JAMES C. NEUENDORF; DIANNE NEUENDORF A/K/A DIANNE K. NEUENDORF; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 280, LAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGES 78 AND 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
