NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-006323ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 13th day of August, 2012, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 208.71 FEET OF THE EAST 208.71 FEET OF THE NORTH 727.50 FEET OF THE WEST ½ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH , RANGE 21 EAST; TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND PUBLIC UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 208.71 FEET OF THE NORTH 727.50 FEET OF THE WEST 454.73 FEET OF THE WEST ½ OF THE NW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SAID SECTION 28, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
