NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CC-001864-ES of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Lake Talia Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Corey Wysong and Katrina Wysong are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 14th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, LAKE TALIA, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
