NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-002591-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Linda A. Cooley; Unknown Spouse of Linda A. Cooley NKA Steve Cooley; and Sunnybrook Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 27, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 24, Building 40, Sunnybrook X, a condominium, according to plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 89 and 90, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 113 and 114, Public Records of Pasco county, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1645, page 276, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
