NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Rest Sale Date entered on August 16, 2012, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the below described property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of August, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
