NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-010750 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, , Plaintiff, and, MILLAN, RAFAEL, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, ROOM 201/202 IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2nd FLOOR 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602., at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23 day of August, 2012, the following described property:
the east 29 feet of lots 27 and all of lot 28, and lot 29, less the east 1.0 foot thereof, block 54, map of macfarlane park subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in the plat book 2, page 82, public records of hillsborough county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
