Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs St., Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 2:00 PM on the 20th day of August 2012 the following described property:
THE WEST 111.00 FEET OF THE EAST 442.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 467.00 FEET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
