NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-013775 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC6, Plaintiff, and, ROBERT WILSON, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL., at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 5th day of September 2012, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-4, 1301 SOHO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19 AT PAGE 214, AND ALL ITS AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14598 AT PAGE 1016 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
