NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 12, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated May 04, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-12292, DIVISION: H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER B. KENDALL AKA CHRISTOPHER BEAU KENDALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER B. KENDALL AKA CHRISTOPHER BEAU KENDALL; TERRACE RIVER LANDINGS TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 13th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, TERRACE RIVER, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE(S) 156 THROUGH 160, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
