NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 2009-CA-005590 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Sutton Funding, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Humberto Tossas, Logan Gate Village Homeowners Association Inc., Eva Carolyn Tossas, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/and on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida at 2:00 P.M. on the 21st day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
