Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
All that certain land situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, viz:
That part of Lot 96, start at the South-West corner run Eighty (80) feet East for point of beginning; Thence Two Hundred & Fifty (250) feet North, Thence Eighty (80) feet East, Thence Two Hundred & Fifty (250) South, thence Eighty (80) feet West to point of beginning, of the revised map of Florida GARDENLANDS, as per map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 42 and 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Less State Road 45
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
