NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 14th day of September 2012, at 10am on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 2, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE II, TRACT 5, PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 15, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
