NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-019562 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, EVELYN CRUZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL., at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 18th day of October 2012, the following described property:
LOT 32, BLOCK 3, CLAIR MEL CITY UNIT NO.52, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
