NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-013248 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MARTIN HERNANDEZ WANDA HERNANDEZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL, at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 13th day of September 2012 the following described property:
THE SOUTHERLY PORTION OF LOT 17, HALI ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76 AT PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 17, RUN THENCE NORTH 89°25`27” WEST, 117.97 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 17, THENCE NORTH 01°14`37” WEST, 84.40 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°25`27” EAST, 120.65 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 17, THENCE SOUTH 00°34`33” WEST, 84.36 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
