NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-08294 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, TUAN V LE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL., at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 18th day of October 2012, the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK B OF SOUTH FORK UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE (S) 188-192, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
