NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-011690, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE NOTEHOLDERS OF AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, is Plaintiff and WANDA YVETTE DAVILA A/K/A WANDA Y. DAVILA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WANDA YVETTE DAVILA A/K/A WANDA Y. DAVILA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE AUSTIN DAVIS; SAGE HOME LENDING CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 16th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, UNIVERSITY SQUARE UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
