NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-015746 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 16th day of August, 2012, at: 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. THENCE CONTINUE N30 DEGREES 15` 02” EAST 269.51 FEET, THENCE N60 DEGREES WEST 830.55 FEET, THENCE S64 DEGREES WEST 132.64 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVATURE OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT WITH A RADIUS OF 200 FEET THENCE 101.23 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID SOURCE, THENCE S35 DEGREES WEST 65.40 FEET, THENCE S60 DEGREES EAST 942.66 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
