LOT 12. BLOCK 277. GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 8 PART 1. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 147 THROUGH 151 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 13 day of August, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
