Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CC-000617 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3404, Up, NAPLES WINTERPARK V, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1306, Pages 2219, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
