notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002711 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Maria R. Najera a/k/a Maria Najera f/k/a Maria R. Hernandez and Jorge E. Hernandez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 109, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 109, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 185, PAGE 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 109, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 185, PAGE 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
